How to make crepes may seem like they are difficult , but in reality, they are actually quite easy! Let's me shows you how to make crepes ! Here is the easy way How to make crepes !

Serves: 20 6-inch Crepes  

How to make crepes ingredients :

3 eggs ¾ cup all purpose flour ¼ teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons sugar 1 cup milk 3 Tablespoons melted butter

How to make crepes :

  1. Whisk eggs until frothy. Add flours and salt. Whisk just until smooth as over-mixing will cause the crepes to be tough.
  2. Add milk and mix. Add butter and mix.
  3. Heat a non-stick sauté pan over high heat until hot. Spray with pan spray or lightly coat with additional butter. Coat the pan with a small amount of batter by turning the pan so that the entire bottom of the pan is coated with a thin layer of dough. When it is cooked on one side, flip and cook briefly until the other side is cooked.
  4. Remove from pan and serve hot with your favorite topping (I love real maple syrup!)

1 cup of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of butter that has already been melted
½ cup of water
Butter or oil for the pan’s coating (This is to prevent the crepes from sticking on the pan as you fry them)

How to make crepes :

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a wooden spoon. You have to ensure that the resulting mix is smooth. You may also opt to use a blender to ensure that the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
You should then refrigerate the mixture. This will remove any air that may have been trapped inside. This kind of air may make crepes collapse while cooking.
Take a clean dry pan and use medium heat to make it hot. You should then take the butter reserved for coating and spread it all over your pan. Put your crepes in the pan and cook them for about thirty seconds then turn them over for ten more seconds. Ensure that you constantly flip them so as to get them cooked well on both sides.
You then have to remove and lay them on your cutting board. This will help them cool down quicker. If you want to store them and eat them later, just put them in plastic bags and use your refrigerator to keep them cool.
Remember, you can always use sweeteners such as sugar to add some flavor to your crepes. You can also use vanilla or other ingredients to add extra flavor if needed.
